About Lori Jacobsen
Design
Lori Jacobsen developed her passion for design through
necessity. Moving her family of six, seven times in twelve years provided Lori with the challenge of not only making
each house their home, but of providing a functioning household for an active family. Once settling for good in New
Jersey, Lori formalized her passion for design by completing a two year certificate program in Construction Technology from
Somerset County Technical School, as well as an Associate in Applied Science Degree, in Interior Design, from Berkeley College.
Lori Jacobsen Design is proud to be entering their ninth year. She has a professional affiliation with the American
Society of Interior Designers as an Allied Member, is a Certified Green Professional, active member in the United
States Green Building Council and is a licensed Home Improvement Contractor with the State of New Jersey.
